How to place an order online?
- Visit our website.
- Log in or sign up to view prices.
- Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Choose between picking up your order at our Toronto or Montreal warehouse, or opting for delivery.
Can I place an order by phone?
Yes, you can. Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Give us a call during these hours to place your order.
Are there any minimum order requirements?
No, there are no minimum order requirements. Feel free to order anything from a single screw to a thousand items.
What payment methods do you accept?
For pick-up orders, we accept cash, Visa, and Mastercard. For delivery orders, we currently only accept Visa and Mastercard.
Are taxes and shipping included in the posted prices?
Taxes and shipping costs are not included in the posted prices. An estimated tax will be added to the final amount when you place your order. The exact tax amount and shipping cost will be confirmed via email or text after your order is processed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations can only be accommodated before the order is processed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any adjustments.
When can I pick up my order?
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pick-up. Typically, orders are ready within the same day if all items are in stock.
What are the opening hours of the warehouses?
Where do you ship to?
We ship throughout Canada. Shipping costs apply to delivery orders. Please contact us for an estimated shipping cost.

How can I track my order?
Tracking information will be provided via email and Order History page of your account once your order is shipped. You can use this information to monitor your shipment's progress.
How long will it take for my items to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on location. Generally, orders within the GTA or Montreal area take about 3 days to arrive.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the weight, size, and destination of your order. For an estimated shipping cost, please contact us.
How quickly will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours of receipt. In the event of any delays due to stock issues or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
Is Express Shipping available?
Yes, we offer express shipping services as an option. However, not all of the orders are eligible. Please contact our Customer Service Team if you need expedited delivery; we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
How can I register for an account?

Do you have any drawing showing the dimension of each product?
Yes, we offer detailed drawings for individual products showing dimensions and structure. Log in or register as a member to view PDF drawings on the product page. If a drawing is not available, email us at Bricqg@gmail.comand we will provide it.
